As I have explained to Mr*** and Ms ***, I installed the heaviest hinge arm that was available on those doors at the time that we built their cabinets. This did not become a problem immediately, but over time that hinge arm has stopped functioning. There is a new *** hinge that will solve the problem I believe, but I have ordered and paid for it two different times and it is still back ordered, I cannot make a supplier ship me a product. I will fix the problem as soon as I can get the product (which was not available when we fabricated this job). I have not been able to have direct communication with the supplier since I have to go through my vendor to order, so my information is limited to what a sales person sitting at a desk is willing to tell me on any given day.I agree that I have not made this my top priority and will make every effort to do so and get this problem fixed

My husband and I do not speak profanely. ***, one of Mr***'s representatives will attest to that. We were friendly, accommodating and patient with the work. At no time were we uncivil or belligerant as implied. All of his workers were treated well. My husband and I are both in the service industry and know well the art of communication. My graduate degree from Creighton University is in Business Interpersonal Communication.Attached are a series of jpgs that serve to exemplify the tone we kept with Mr***. As is obvious, we were always civil and complimentary and navigated the poor communication on his end quite patiently. He praised us for being 'so easy to work with', (Apr text stream with praise) completely blowing his argument that we were belligerant or abusiveMr*** was very pleasant while draws were collected, but did not appreciate questions from us and didn't return our calls (exIMG (9533); comments about the speed of the project (difficulty accessing our space were not anticipated by Mr***, the professional, when he was drawing his initial or post-initial proposals and certainly weren't communicated to us at any point. We received no warnings that this project would last three months instead of his promised two weeks); and did not feel compelled to coordinate scheduled work days with us when he needed access. Someone usually just showed up and luckily I was always there. I have documented our long periods of not hearing from him as to his scheduled arrivalsThe only time his people were unable to access our home was the day when his people were three hours late without notice or updates from them, and I had to leave for an oncology appointment with my daughter.Mr*** also bad-mouthed his subs, referring to them as 'flaky" (previously documented IMG 9641)I work from home full time, and am always on the property. I am glad I did.I have attached a statement (Letter of client appreciation) from a second contractor we commissioned for that same project, the complex plumbing side of the project. As mentioned above, Mr*** was not thorough when he mapped out and created the plan for our remodel. He should have accommodated for the slim hallway entrance to the site, if he were professional. He also should have measured the doorway for the barn door. He would have known to build the barn door " wider at the start. Had he taken the time on site, the call back for the ill-fit barn door would not have been necessary. The bottom line is that Mr*** left an unfinished project, the scope of which I have well-documented. We have incurred an additional $in contractor's fees to fix his unfinished business.AS FOR THE SECOND PROJECT that we advanced him $800:Mr*** should be compelled to provide proof, with his bank that he ever attempted to return that deposit. He never sent a check to refund us as he portrays. I suggest that Revdex.com obtain proof from the banking institution that a stop payment was made on said check. And if it was put on stop-payment, then a new check for $should be issued to us immediately and sent by registered mail.I would question the validity and the truth behind Mr***'s statements. The Revdex.com itself has gone months trying to communicate with him, similar to the experience I had. Mail and emails and phone calls by Steven Glover were continually ignored by Mr***.I would imply that Mr*** has something to hide by not being forthright and responsive with the Revdex.com

I am rejecting this response because: Mr*** has been saying the same thing for years. Please have Mr*** provide: 1) proof that he paid for the part times (this doesn't make sense someone would pay times); 2) copies of the back orders that he claims to have; 3) the name and
contact information of the supplier; and 4) the *** hinge part number. With this information we can determine if he is being truthful and we can determine whether we buy the part and have someone else install and/or keep waiting. Please see our attached communications for and 2017. I have communications from as well. Three years is unreasonable.Regards,*** ***

We at Millwork Visions dispute all claims made in this caseAfter repeated attempts to satisfy this customer in which my employees were subjected to derogatory and rude language and after paying both employees and subcontractors to go to the job site only to find the doors locked we determined
that we could no longer work for this customer
We dispute any and all monetary claims

Millwork Vision' s words border on online-slander toward us. That
is something we will be seeking remedy for elsewhere
From their April start-date forward, despite many unexplained
delays and no-shows by them, we remained flexible and anxious to have this project
completed. They were paid in full in advance of finishing, promptly when asked and even put a deposit on a second project. *** *** has no evidence to the claim we were
unavailable.*** *** charges a trip-charge when you aren't home and his workers are turned away. I was NEVER invoiced a trip-charge, indicating that we never missed a date with them
The ONLY work day that work could not occur was referred to on (attachment A1a.jpg). I was told that they'd arrive at 8am.
See midway down this stream (attachment Aa jpg)
They were very late and I said I had to leave. He gave no
further reply or request for me to leave a keyI never heard back from him in those hours about what to do
Then a few days later, after calling repeatedly for a
status report on their arrival this comes: (attachment A2img 9517)
Note that above *** *** also claimed to have refunded the
$deposit on the next project to me (which we are also trying to recoup)
After a week, frustrated but willing to give them the benefit of
a doubt, this date was worked out, although tentative because he wouldn’t commit
that his subs would come: (attachment Aimg 9514)
They don’t show…
Then I sent message (attachment Aimg.9516) . I summarize again just what needs to be
accomplished, and offer to pay for the ‘trip charge’ he bullies me about
Millworks was NO SHOW for the ‘Tuesday’ target date he set
above. From this date forward we never heard from them again
*** ***’s claim that we were abusive and uncooperative is
untrue
Here he praises us for our likeability, (attachment img9528)
Further, because I was dealing with such big egos, and such
irratic scheduling I sent plenty of praise throughout to keep things moving
along harmoniously, sample (attachment Apr text stream...jpg)
Note that in that text I provided ample information how to get
my attention when they arrived
*** *** was generally irratic and non-responsive as a
service-provider, AFTER he had our money. It was tricky working with this
company because they were unreliable as to scheduling and communication.
A '12-day' project' lingered into monthsThe foreman confirmed a few different times that I was not the problem with the
communication issues. His boss was. Note that the foreman was
generally grouchy, because he worked for ***, claiming that it should be the
‘other way around’- TMI as far as I’m concerned, but Illuminating(attachment May communication prob inquiry)
The bottom line is that we were polite and really
accommodating for the entire months*** ***'s personal issues interfered with his work here, and he
has a large ego.
The company was paid in-full, and walked away before
completing our job. This left us with $of work to re-contract in
order to move back into our Master BDRM
Additional, the company was given a deposit of $to complete
a second project. That work never started and our deposit wasn’t
returned, despite his assurance that he was returning it(attachment A2imgb) & (attachment img9512)We seek $compensation for unfinished work and refund of project deposits.NO, I do not accept the response made by Millwork Vision. And, the slander that they are pasting into the arguments will be dealt with

Complaint: ***
