Greenway Chrysler Jeep Dodge on East Colonial Drive does not provide "after sale" customer service After purchasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee complete with service plan, Greenway Chrysler Jeep Dodge would not return phone calls when I attempted to have mandatory recalls serviced Greenway Chrysler Jeep Dodge Incdid not have the recall parts in stock and refused to notify me when they arrived in stock After numerous calls to speak to a service manager and then dealership manager, I NEVER received a call and NEVER spoke to a manager Upon finally bringing the vehicle in to have it serviced, we were greeted by a courier and asked to write our service needs on a blank piece of paper We were NEVER greeted by a service writer or manager It is clear to me that once Greenway Chrysler Jeep Dodge has a customer's money, all service stops
