Review: I hired Beth N[redacted] as my wedding Photography in November 2014 for my wedding in October 2015. She wrote up a contract for her photography business, Elisabeta Photography, which guaranteed a full day (with an assistant) which would have covered before the wedding, during the ceremony, and the reception. The contract also stated that I would receive CD and full rights to all of the photos with a 2-3 month turn around. I decided to call off my wedding in the end of March 2015 and when I contacted her, I told her that I still wanted to use her photo service (since she stated there would be no refunds unless "anything happens to the storage of the photos before client receives them") for family photos on October 3rd, which would have been the date of my wedding. She was 2 hours late for the family shoot and she only took 3 hours worth of photos. It is now February 19th, 2016 and I still have not received any of my photos. She has been promising me on multiple occasions that she would start sending photos via email. She now told me she sent them (2 weeks has gone by) and she has a tracking number (which she wont give me) and yet I still have no photos. I paid her in full a year ago and she still hasn't giving me anything. She has lied on many occasions and I wanted to report this so no other bride or someone who needs photos for a special occasion gets ripped off by her terrible service. She has a drawn up contract with me which we both signed and hasn't done anything promised in the contract.Desired Settlement: If she cannot fulfill her contract that she wrote and we both signed and give me the photos as promised in the contract then I feel I should get a refund. I either want the pictures or my money back.
