I have read the customer's complaint. I don't recall the young girl's name but I do remember working with her and the experience. The young lady came in the morning asking to get her hair done. She requested an "Ombre" color and a haircut....
Before I began, I discussed how I would do her hair and I told her the price. She agreed and so I began to do the work. Before I proceeded with the color, I decided to cut her hair first. She was happy with the haircut. She did not express any discontent with the haircut. I proceeded with the color and after I was done I asked her if she liked her hair. She clearly stated she was happy. She was content and polite and agreed to pay me. She did not have the total amount of money with her. She gave me what she had with her and left to retrieve the remainder. She came back shortly with the money. She thanked me and she appeared happy before she left. I didn't hear back from her until two days later in the afternoon. Her husband called me requesting that I return the money back because I did a poor job on his wife's hair. I was confused because the young girl left my salon happy with her hair. After I declined and gave a few reasons why I would not return the amount, the husband cursed and insulted me harshly. He was rude and used expletive words to offend me. The young girl later arrived to the salon and was impolite and again insulted me after I disagreed to repay her money. She did not request a change of hair color or even allowed me to assess her hair. She also claimed that I cut too much of her hair. As I mentioned before, after I finished with her haircut, she was pleased and allowed me to continue working with her hair. Before she left the salon, she insulted me and cursed at me.
I was professional with her. I did a safe and competent job on her hair. It is this reason that I do not agree to return her money.

I do not accept the response from the business ever since she did my hair it has continuously fallen out and is very dead I have went to multiple salons to try and fix my hair no one will touch it because of the damage that is done. I am not happy and do not feel good about myself no more I will send pictures of what I asked for and how my hair is now. I do not have a husband so there for this lady is lying I am upset and will get ready to find the next steps to take care of this issue. She curled my hair as soon as it was done so it did not look bad and I could not tell how damaged it was until I washed it and seen it the next day. I feel that I should not pay for something I do not like and was not what I wanted it.

I observed her hair when she came to the salon two days after and it appeared fine. As I mentioned before, she did not allowed me to assess her hair. The man who called me identified himself as her husband and insulted me without knowing me. She insulted me harshly and yelled at me in my front of my customers. I still have emotional trauma from her harsh insults. When she arrived to the salon, she did shout she did not like her hair but she did not say it was damaged. She did not come to my salon peacefully and calmly. We could of talked to figure out of ways to make her hair to her liking that same day. However, she didn't and she only demanded for her money. She did not allow me to help her when she came to the salon. I couldn't even reason with her. I do not agree to give her back the money because I did a competent job on her hair.
