I stopped in to Mine Travel with my year old uncle to ask for help in locating a resort or something similar for him to travel to this coming winter (for months) We were asked by an older woman "can I help you" and when I told her what we were looking for, she simply said, "we can't help you" Initially, she was so cold and didn't ask us to sit down and did not seem like she really wanted to help up and it seemed as if we were interrupting what she was already working on I had to continue to press for help and kept asking questions when it was SHE who should have been doing the asking!! I am sure she looked at my uncle and thought he was poor, when in fact, it is quite the opposite She found some possible places for him and said "but you are going to spend $to $per week" in a manner in which she was sure he could never afford it I certainly would never go there again and would never recommend this travel agency
