I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].  Is this response a joke? I haven’t received any notice. Whoever is writing this response is blaitantly lying. I moved out one month early with written notice and written approval by [redacted]. First, Last and Security was paid prior to move in. I have all receipts and emails proving my case, I have requested a verification of debt by certified mail and I am confident that I will prevail  in Vermont Superior Court where they have at least one other judgement against them where they haven’t even paid the plaintiff.

Ms [redacted] was late on rent and moved out breaking her lease with an unpaid balance.  A complete accounting was mailed to her at her last known address.   She has not contacted this office in regards to this issue as she has previously stated.   I would be more than happy to show her...
