I had a flood in my basement due to a pipe burst. Milro was able to get out right away. They were so helpful and were able to answer my questions every time I contacted their office. They have great customer service and everyone who I worked with was extremely personable and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to any one who has to go through something that I had to go through.

Milro was hired to remediate mold from a commercial loft. A very specific work plan and protocol had been written in advance by a licensed hygenist. Milro ignored almost every protocol in the report; including a failure to isolate the work area requiring remediation, no negative air machine was set up to keep the contaminents within the space, none of the protocol was followed for workers entering or leaving the space, let alone for the removal of contaminated debris. For a company that markets themselves as providing remediation services, I am shocked to learn how little the know about what they are supposed to do, and how poorly they do their work.

Not to mention, who wants to pay for an extra man to sit in the van outside of the jobsite all day long doing nothing but watching the truck. Paying for a parking spot would be cheaper.

My advice...stay away from this company that has a sloppy work ethic and little understanding of the services they claim to provide.
