I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

  I went to the establishment,  on Tuesday October **, 2016 a Mr.Philip C.C[redacted] stated that he's know Mr. C[redacted] D[redacted] since he was 22 years old, that's over 20 years of friendship between the two.. He says that Mr. D[redacted] t. I surmise that Mr. C[redacted] knowingly permitted Mr. D[redacted] to bring merchandise to his store for repairs although they may have been stolen. I believe this because Mr. C[redacted] said he knew him since he was a very young man and he wouldn't trust him with anything. I mentioned that I had allowed Mr. D[redacted] to bring my jewelry to his store because he said he worked t there. Mr. D[redacted] brought back all the  bracelets but then the 18k gold bracelet was not done properly and fell apart. I informed Mr. D[redacted] about this and he said he would get on the guy for not doing a better job and would have it repaired again and not charge me again.Mr. C[redacted] and John said they see him all the time and they would speak to him when they saw him again. If this is how business is conducted , and you know about it and conduct business with this person, you are responsible as well.
