I will accept the offer to refund the money I paid the other shop which it was $If I do not receive payment I will file another complaint against your company and we will have to do this all over againI still feels as thought your company did not repair my car correctly, but I will accept this small monetary refund to solve this issue Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me

Milstead had you out to look at the wheels and tires to show you the damage, caused by another shopmilstead uses state of the art equipment and it would be almost impossible to do the damage that you are saying Milstead takes no responsibility for any damage to your tires or wheels

Milstead has replaced all parts listed on receipt, Milstead has requested a receipt of repairs done by the other shop to determine how to handle this issuecustomer has not furnished any info on this
Milstead will be glad to resolve this issue once proper information has been
received
Milstead,

I am very sorry you feel this way, your part was new and with a year and thousand mile warranty
You took your car to another shop that did the same repair we did because of a code that told them where to startthey seen the sensor was new and replaced it anyway and when that did not fix the problem the went further in to the wiring harnesswe told you what the problem was, and that it needed a harness and you declined repair because it would cost to much
the shop that repaired your vehicle patched the wiring harness, here at Milstead we do not do that because the harness was brittle and this will only be temporary fix
The repair here at milstead was correct and done right
If it will resolve the issue and stop further complaints Milstead will refund what you paid to the other shopthis not saying Milstead did ant wrong we are just trying to resolve this issue youThis will have to resolve all issues with no further complaints
Thanks,

Looking over your ticket we told you that you needed tires, that they were dry rotted and need replaced, on your ticket we gave you estimates on tires and you did not want the tires replaced at this timeyou requested tires be rotated so we started the job

Milstead,

I will accept the offer to refund the money I paid the other shop which it was $247.30. If I do not receive payment I will file another complaint against your company and we will have to do this all over again. I still feels as thought your company did not repair my car correctly, but I will accept this small monetary refund to solve this issue.
