Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] [I reject this response, I was told over a week ago that my glasses had been shipped and were in route to the office by tracking the shipmentI never heard back about anything until I received this messageI had to have my boyfriend go pick up my RX because they would not even answer their phoneAfter I received this message, they proceeded to tell him I never had an exam there and gave him the RX of a different personWhen she was able to sort it all out and get the correct RX she said it wasn't in the computer leading me to believe the glasses were probably never ordered in the first placeShe has offered to electronically refund me for the glasses and reverse my insurance claim although I called my insurance before I made the phone calls and they said no claims had ever been filed in the first placeI now have my RX in hand and am expecting that there are no claims on my insurance for the glasses so I can get glasses at another establishment as soon as possible.] Regards, [redacted]

I have refunded the patient her out of pocket costs and gave her her prescription as well as reversed her insurance benefits

This customer has been taken care of, as of December 4th. she was having a problem with the new glassesl, we rechecked the prescription (that was prescribed from another Doctor at NC), and decided that she was having a problem with the material. This has been resolved, we are redoing her glasses in... the material that she has requested. Thank you

I greatly apologize for the delay and inconvenience, after researching the issue I found that the frame that was chosen is on backorder with no delivery date, I have reached out to my sales representative to find one, as of today he has not gotten back to me I have offered her a different
color, a different frame or a refund ***

The patients contacts are in and I left a message on the patients home phone last week

Glasses were mailed as per customers request and according to my tracking information have been delivered to customer

I have been in communication with the patient and his glasses have been mailed out on Aug 17th via [redacted], he should receive them by Aug 19th or worse case Aug 21st.

I have mailed [redacted]'s supply of contacts directly to her, and she should have received them already.

I have been in contact with the patient directly and we are working on the resolution.

We have already reached out to this patient, and have more than agreed to reimburse him the $225 that he paid [redacted]s.  He ordered his glasses before they closed, I have offered to take care of him.
