If you buy your vehicle at Milton Ruben in Augusta, Ga try your best to do your own tags. I submitted paperwork for my tag Jun 4, 2015 and I didn't get my tags until July 9, 2015 which is the same day my temporary tags expired. I called and emailed several times throughout the weeks proceeding trying to resolve the issues but only received one excuse after another as to why it hasn't arrived yet. Check your local DMV to see if you can do your license plates yourself without the car dealer doing them to save you time and trouble. This was such a headache and nerve racking that it's not even funny. Since I finally got my tags there is no reason for a complaint to resolve an issue, but there is reason to let the public know about this bad practice in hopes no one else has to put up with such treatment. If it had not been for this issue I would definitely gotten another car or suggested the dealership to others. But now no way!
