Good Morning [redacted],
sans-serif;">
I am answering a Revdex.com letter ID# [redacted] received on Monday 12/14/15 from a consumer expressing concern with a recent Facebook contest of submitting a photo of a Milton’s product at their local [redacted] Market store.  With every winning photo a $10 [redacted] gift card is mailed out to the consumer via USPS.  This consumer submitted a photo on 10/5/15 and has not received a $10 [redacted] gift card as of 12/10/15.  The consumer called and talked to an employee at Milton’s 11/23/15.  No name was listed as the person that answered the call. A $10 [redacted] gift card is the desired settlement.
I have e-mail consumer and they have accepted the [redacted] $10 gift card via UPS so I can track the gift card and make sure the gift card is received by the consumer.
Thanks,
[redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.  I did not contact Milton's on the phone but sent a message via their website.

A $10 [redacted] gift card is the desired settlement. I have placed two calls to the consumer at the daytime phone number listed: [redacted] and left messages both times.  I was concerned that the voicemail stated she would be gone until late August so I e-mailed the consumer at [redacted]@juno.com and have yet to hear back. I would like to send the consumer a [redacted] $10 gift card via UPS so I can track the gift card and make sure the gift card is received by the consumer. [redacted]

Review: We have eaten and loved Milton's Bread for many years.Suddenly, about three months ago a problem started and continues with Milton's Whole Grains 100% Whole Wheat Bread. The problem is small (1/2 x 1/2 inch) holes and large(3"x 2" inch) holes appear near the top of 7-10 slices of bread in each package. This interfears with my peanut butter sandwiches (holes don't hold the peanut butter) and robs us of the total weight of bread that we paid for.I called Milton's (###-###-####) during their open hours, no person answers but the machine tells me to leave a message. I did so four times, and no one ever returned my call.I consider this terrible customer service.Desired Settlement: This is for Revdex.com information, to use in rating this company.Of course, it would be nice to receive a refund from Miltons for 4 bags of bread.
