Bad Business practices I purchase about sugar cane Machines from this business, I purchased many items from this business and spent thousand of dollars One of my machines switches got shorted out and I called them and they told me they have the items, but for two weeks I have been calling them and sending emails and they sent me the forms needed to purchased the machinesI have asked them numerous times do you need anything else from me, do I have to do anything else to get my switches and I have not heard back from themthis is very bad bushiness practice and I will have to look somewhere else to spend my money; this is awfulIf you going to treat a customer like that , not sure how they staying in buisness
