Review: I ordered a sofa from this company and we agreed on a pick up date. Unfortunately, the sofa was not ready and the owner called the day before to let me aware that the sofa had not come in yet. When I arrived to the furniture store to pick up my table and stools he gave me the displayed objects that were very worn. The owner promised that I would get the sofa by a specific date and that he would call to let me know when it was in. He also said he would make sure that he delivered this item to my home. Unfortunately, the owner never contacted me; I had to go into the store. When I went into the store he was very unprofessional, loud and disrespectful. I honestly just wanted my sofa delivered on time like we had originally agreed. He began to tell me how he did not make any money off my deal and how he would not pay his damn workers to delivery my sofa. He also began to say very sexist things which again was totally unprofessional. At this point he tried to charge me 70 dollars for delivery in which I declined to pay. Long story short after an hour of going back and forth with him; he agreed to deliver the sofa for no cost to me. First off he had unprofessional movers which were 16 and younger assisting with bringing the sofa into my apartment. Unfortunately the sofa did not fit into my apartment; at this point I told his son (the delivery guy) to call him to see if I could get store credit and exchange the sofa. He began yelling at me telling me that no one will buy this [redacted] sofa and that it is not his problem my dumb [redacted] did not measure everything properly. Moral of the story I am left with a sofa that will not fit into my apartment, an old table and stools .....oh yeah and without 900 dollars in which I spent.Desired Settlement: I really wanted the owner to allow me to exchange the sofa for something smaller.
