7, The customer spoke with our Assistant Manager and our cashier who contacted Craftsman on the customer's behalfWe are unaware of the customer's conversation with Craftsman's customer service because we were only able to leave a message on the customer's behalf.Our store return policy is clearly posted at our registers.Craftsman enforces their own return policy which is on the yellow quick-start guide included with all gas powered equipmentThese types of products are not to be returned to the store where purchased but the customer should contact Craftsman's customer serviceI have included a copy of this notice with this response.While we are unable to return the product for the customer, we would be willing to help the customer with their warranty claim to get the unit fixed Thank You,Jason S*Store Manager
