I contacted the customer, Mr*** in regards to the Revdex.com complaint. Per the customer, Charles C***e (Manager in Greenwood) was looking thru his bag without his permission and he felt that his privacy rights were violated. The customer stated that he does not steal and this incident
was handled properly. I apologized to the customer and informed him that I would speak with MrC*** as well. In addition, the customer also wanted to know when his tool would be ready. I informed him that I would call him today with an update.Per the customer, he does not want anything but thought someone should know about the incident that occurred on last week.After speaking with MrC***, it appeared to be a misunderstanding. MrC*** noticed the additional battery and asked where did he purchase the tool from because if a Store is selling the tools incorrectly he needs to know so that it can be addressed accordingly. Per the customer, the tool was sold as a kit with an additional battery. However, per MrC*** it should not be.The customer gave his tool to MrC***e for repair and left.Per MrC***, the tool is ready for pickup. We will call the customer and let him know.
