Yesterday, I received my order for 10 pretzels. In consuming these pretzels I have noticed my stomach has gotten very upset and I have been made to throw up.
Complaint response - ***We received your letter today re: the complaint from a customer of ours in California. We are sorry to hear of the issues she experienced after consuming our product. As for looking into “what happened,” this customer ordered product on April 13. We made and shipped the product on April 14. The customer received the product on April 17. The transit time would not have adversely affected the product. We have received no other concerns re: batches made on April 14 (we’ve actually never had a concern like this in 7 years as a company). If she would like to pursue a refund or talk through her concerns specifically, she is welcome to email me directly. We work directly with customers all the time when any unexpected concerns arise. We welcome it as it helps us get to the bottom of a situation. Just seeing her original complaint stated as “I have noticed my stomach has gotten very upset and I have been made to throw up” is too vague for us to even begin to try to understand what may have happened. There could be a gluten intolerance at play, or perhaps a dip she used with the pretzels was the cause, etc. We welcome the opportunity to talk to her!I would like to also state that this is our first Revdex.com complaint, so please advise if I should be doing anything else re: a response. I do not know w gat thus company us trying to do. My problem with the pretzels was clearly stated. It does not ***er that they claim it is their first NON complaint.
I stayed I got very sick from the consumption of these pretzels. What us there to talk through. When someone becomes sick from eating a product they do not want to have to do a lot of talking about it.
I stayed clearly I want a refund. I do not want to contact government entities including the state and US government to continue reporting this.
