VERY unhappy. When bringing in my sewing machine to repair the bobbin, I left with a the tension wheel being misaligned. Unfortunately I did not realize this until a few months later since I do not use my machine on a regular basis. When brought to their attention they tried saying that they didn't even repair it to begin with (although a receipt proved it) and that it was "our fault" this happened while transporting.
