I have been in the MSC for a handful of years. The leagues itself are fun, the actual organization of it is horrible. Out of the dozens of seasons I've played I don't think I can count 1 year where everything went off without a hitch.

I've played in 6 team leagues that only have 5 teams. This cut down our actual game time from 8 games to 6 games. The person who runs the league refused to give us a refund.

League schedules are often not given out until the 3rd or 4th week of an 8 week league. This means players don't have time to prepare and schedule around games since most game times are given the day-of

They request personal information for every league, but do not have a privacy policy. I have no idea where that information goes, or what is done with it.

The online payment form is a non-secure standard http page. This means my credit card number is submitted unencrypted and I have absolutely no idea the MSC is storing the information.

I need to get receipts of payment for our sponsor, and the MSC refuses to meet with me, even in their office, at any available time. They demand that all information be submitted online and are not open to physically meeting.

Communication with the league is horrible. Not only do we get notified of league start times a day, and a times hours before they start, but getting a response from any email I've sent then is like pulling teeth. The only time I've ever gotten a response from them is when they need something from me.

In short, the website needs to get with modern times (privacy policy, secure online payments) and their organizational skills and communication skills really need to improve.
