I am very disappointed with ProMed SuppliesAlthough the gentleman that had contacted my company a couple months ago was nice, they are extremely overpricedThe gentleman tried to casually let me know he was going to send us some gloves to try and I received four cases which is nothing for a facility and next thing you know I receive an invoice for over a thousand dollarsI thought it was a mistake because it just seemed unrealI order many supplies from many different companies as I am a Central Supply Coordinator at a large medical company and I work regularly with Medical Representatives who want to help and get me the best pricesI have never run into a company that charges 200+ for ONE CASE OF GLOVESThat is a complete rip off! Average should be about 40-50dollars per caseI contacted them and instead of seeing what they could do to accommodate me in order to have further business with us, it was more like "oh well, you got them so pay for them type of attitude"I would not recommend this company to anyone not only for the lack of care, but also to save your walletsMy goodnessGo with [redacted] or [redacted] for much better pricing and caring staff
This business is a sham Someone cold called our group home, got a new staff person who was told that ProMed had been supplying gloves to us for years so she agreed to an orderWe have NEVER ordered anything from ProMedTwo boxes arrived w/maybe boxes of gloves in each one The invoice was $475! Called the business and had a rather heated discussion w/the person there He was threatening, rude and hostile Apparently this scenario is not new to him I expect to receive prepaid return labels and will be sending this absurd shipment back from whence it came DO NOT do business with ProMed!
