Review: In December 2012, I gave [redacted] my brand new IPhone 5 because I had forgotten the PIN #. He charged me $50.00 for the service. Within 2 weeks I went to pick up my phone, but the young man who worked for [redacted] instead gave me an old IPhone 4. I refused to take this phone, because it didnt belong to me, and told him that my phone was iPhone # 5, and NOT IPhone #4, the one he was trying to give me, and left.On March *, 2014, I sent one of my students whom I tutor to go a pick up my IPhone 5 on my behalf since I was seriously ill. My student called me and told me that [redacted] had, again, notoriously gave my student an IPhone 4,not IPhone 5. I asked my student to return back the IPhone 4, since it wasnt mine, and moreover, my phone was of more value, and was brand new. My student returned the old broken down Iphone4. Then, on March **, 2014, I visited [redacted] and demanded that I wanted my actual IPhone 5, the one I had given him to unlock, nothing else, but he played ignorance and continued in his criminal attempts to give me the old broken iPhone 4.I argued that that wasnt going to have that phone and would report him to the cops, unless he gave me back my brand new Iphone 5.I went to the nearby Precinct 103, and reported the matter to the Police. The officers at 103 Precinct advised me to make a complaint to Revdex.com, who would help me recover my cell phone from [redacted]. I would also like to point out that earlier, [redacted] gave me a charger and battery for my Nokia phone for free in an attempt to bribe me. On asking me why he was not charging me for these items he answered that "because I was a good man". I am holding these 2 items as exhibit, and proof of the authenticity of my words.Finally, [redacted] is a very commercially dangerous entrepreneur, and he should not be allowed to do any business out there. His business practices are based on fraud and manipulation and the community is in danger of being defrauded by [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want [redacted] to give me back my phone in its entire brand new state. Failing, if [redacted] sold my phone, he must replace it with a brand new IPhone 5.
