[redacted] I am writing you in regards to the above referenced complaintI am requesting that this complaint be re-openedAs per the last correspondence I received 3/31/17, I was suppose to obtain a refund from the vendor As of today 4/27/17, I have no received my refund and I have also been unable to reach the ownerI have tried calling the number that is listed for the business To which I receive a message that the number is not in serviceAlso, I have tried going to the business on separate occasions and the shop has not been openThese were the same issues I had when I initially filed my original complaint Please let me know what additional sets I need to take Thank you, [redacted]

[redacted] [redacted] I would like to have you re-close the compliantI decided to stop by the business today while I was out The owner was there and said she had just returned from vacation after days awayWhich she said was the reason the number she was out of service She refunded me a portion of my money $and we've made arrangements for me to return on Wednesday 5/to obtain the remaining $ As she honored her response to my complaint I feel the issue has been resolved Thank you, [redacted]

What are next steps in obtaining my refund from the vendorI would like to have it noted that the vendor did not give a fully accurate account of thingsI contacted the vendor less than a week after services were performed that there was an issueIt was exactly one week when I went back to the shop to speak with her in person and the shop was closed

customer *** *** I did her hair I charged her $for the service and weeks later she called me*** called me and said that all her braids came out and she took out everything and wanted to do itShe told me that she wanted to get it redone on Saturday, I told her okI never told her that I going to charge her againI called her Friday night about 9:30pm and I asked if she was going to come the next day (Saturday), she told me she didn't have time and wanted to reschedule for another dayThat was the last time I spoke to her, she never called me backI was expecting her to call me to fix her hair but she never didShe said in the complaint that she came at the shop at 5:47pm on Saturday, October I closed the shop early to do errands for the new shop business, I was moving to a new location (*** *** *** *** **)I always want to satisfy my customers, if she didn't like the service I gave her then I'm willing to give her a refund ($150) that she paidIt's not my wish to do a customer and the person is not going to like itI am truly sorry about the incidentI apologizeThank you, Mima's Hair Braiding and Beauty Supply
