[redacted]   I am writing you in regards to the above referenced complaint. I am requesting that this complaint be re-opened. As per the last correspondence I received 3/31/17, I was suppose to obtain a refund from the vendor.   As of today 4/27/17, I have no received my refund and I have also been unable to reach the owner. I have tried calling the number that is listed for the business . To which I receive a message that the number is not in service. Also, I have tried going to the business on 2 separate occasions and the shop has not been open. These were the same issues I had when I initially filed my original complaint.   Please let me know what additional sets I need to take.     Thank you,   [redacted]

[redacted]   [redacted]   I would like to have you re-close the compliant. I decided to stop by the business today while I was out.    The owner was there and said she had just returned from vacation after 12 days away. Which she said was the reason the number she was out of service.    She refunded me a portion of my money $100 and we've made arrangements for me to return on Wednesday 5/3 to obtain the remaining $50.    As she honored her response to my complaint I feel the issue has been resolved.    Thank you,   [redacted]
