Many people daily use Mimeo's online ordering interface and then have follow up questions. Since [redacted] visited Mimeo's site, created an account and uploaded files, she was contacted to see if Mimeo's...

services met her needs and/or if we could assist her in completing an order. Mimeo has not contacted [redacted] since she requested we not follow up with her. We also placed her on the company's do not contact list as she requested. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience.

Review: Mimeo employee, Matt M[redacted], emailed my company's entire team of employees soliciting for business. We have never had a relationship with Mimeo and based on how he spammed us, he attempted to figure out our email naming scheme and emailed every person listed on the website.

I've asked him twice to remove us from his list(s). We continue to get emails every other day.

Review: I keep receiving calls from Mimeo's sales associates. I've asked multiple people, multiple times to be put on their do not call list yet I keep receiving calls. My phone number is also on the national Do Not Call Registry.Desired Settlement: I would like them to stop calling me and the company I work for. If I desire their services in the future, I have their information.
