Per Connecticut state law copies of all signed documents were given to the customer upon deliveryWe have no obligation to furnish second copies, certainly not to someone we had to repossess Per the consumer credit act anyone can dispute something on their credit bureau'sWe report quarterly and all documents are available to credit bureau officials when askedIf you think someone should be removed, like a repossession balance, contact them and we will deal with them
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The vehicle is NOT FIXED there is still a noise heard when driving and the car shuts off now and thenI just got a new job and they wont give me a loaner car in order to get to workI gave them the car for whole weekrented a car and the vehicle is still not fixed They want me to carry in the car during a work day once again which I'M TIRED OF DOING but willing to do as long as they provide me with a loaner so I can get to workbut I'm being told their loaner is out each time...REALLYTHEIR LONER IS OUT FOR A WHOLE MONTHI rented a vehicle the last time ...I cant afford to keep doing that and on a week-end their mechanic is not available...They need to refund me back my deposit and take their car back If you read the reviews online in regards to this business speaks for itself the underhanded and shady practices of this businessI HAVE BOUGHT THE CAR IN TIMES ALREADY Enough is enough Sincerely, [redacted]

As far as I know this vehicle has been returned to the customer repairedWe did have difficulty finding parts for a vehicle but it has been fixed
