My name is Ping C[redacted]. I am the owner of Mimi's Nail Salon. Regarding this complaint, I always take care of my clients. I believe that the person that is filing the complaint is a lier. On February, 13th, 2015 the customer came in to have a pink and white done. At the time she was satisfied and did not appear to have any complaints. The following Tuesday, or the 17th, the customer came in telling me to take off the Pink and White set. So I then spend an hour and a half taking off her brand new nails. Then she said that her nails hurt. So, I offered to finish the job after her nails heal a little. She agreed with me and left with her mother. Two days later, the customer came in demanding a refund for a job that was not well done. I told her that I can only give her a gift certificate back and that she can spend it on whatever she would like. In my opinion, I was nice and polite to the customer. I have worked here for 4 years and have not received any other complaints like this. I believe that this customer just want to get something done for free.
