Review: 12/27/2014 - I invited a few friends to have dinner I had on a fur coat. I rest the coat on a bronze bar at the back of the booth. A person who worked at the restaurant approached the table asking for drinks and asked me to hang my coat, I said NO, I never let my coat to be hang, but before I could answered he did it.It appears that first he hanged my coat by the sleeve "The lining of the sleeve RIPPED", and the threads in the seams broke. The worker lifted the coat up and hung it on the same sharp, long bronze clothe hook by the shoulder. After dinner I claimed my coat and the fur had been TORN.I asked for the person that hanged the coat. It was a long wait until he came. He introduce himself as [redacted], General Manager. He gave me a business card of [redacted], the morning General Manager. He said to call her in the morning. We left the restaurant and talking with my friends about the terrible end of evening we returned to the restaurant. An employee tall us that [redacted] was in the phone with [redacted]. He came and said that [redacted] will contact Tamara the District Manager and will call me in morning. [redacted] ensure that I will get a telephone call this morning.3:10 I never received a call. 3:11 PM I call and talked with [redacted].She asked to describe what happen with the coat. She said that this needed to be handle by the corporate office. She needed to write a report within the next 30 minutes before she leaved the Restaurant. [redacted] asked for my friend's names and my address. I asked [redacted] to e-mailed me all the things she needed that I will respond the e-mail she did not wanted to these.[redacted], Account Consultant - [redacted] contacted me, he would handle the claim. I sent photos of the broken fur coat. He sent a claim number.After that - He needed to talk with the Manager that did not work for 2 days, after he was out of the office, he had 200 mails and calls to return, he was sick. I sent the cost of repairs. He vanished. Never responded.Desired Settlement: My fur coat was custom made in another country. The letter can be repaired and I will have a patch forever. I want for them to pay for the repair. We are in winter and it is the time to use my fur coat. If will take long time they shall buy me another fur coat to wear now, plus the time I spent in the subject.
