Review: I purchased a dash kit from this seller and I never recieved my order. I contacted him and he promised a replacement, that never came and he ceased all contact. I have still never received my package or my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like my $231 back

Review: There are really 3 areas I'd like to raise awareness of: Customer Service, product quality and shipping timeliness. I submitted an online order right through the Mimousa.com website on Aug [redacted]. I received the order confirmation the following day August [redacted]. I received no other email notifications between August [redacted] to September [redacted], which is 2 calendar weeks. On September [redacted] I called the customer service phone number and had a hard time getting through to someone because of technical difficulties within their phone system. After a couple different tries, I gave up. Someone then called me back saying, "yeah, you called this number, the one for my internet business?". During that conversation I was forwarded a shipping notice. I then received the parts September [redacted]. Which is 18 days from the day they were ordered. I did anticipate a wait, but 18 days seems a bit long. When I received them, I carefully reviewed each piece and found a defective one. I called the same customer service number, and talked to the same guy ([redacted] I believe). He gave me a personal email address in which to email photos of the defective piece and additional info to. During that phone call he said that he would just have a new piece created and sent out, presumably at his cost. I sent the email and pictures the same day I received the parts in he mail, September [redacted]. I heard nothing back the next two days, so on September [redacted] I re-sent the email. I heard nothing back, with 24 hours of resending that so on September [redacted] I called him and he told me that he had gotten the email but that the guys that make the parts were slow to process orders. I asked him if he could keep me updated on when I could expect the replacement to be sent out. Today is October [redacted]. I have not heard from him since September [redacted], and have not received the replacement part in the mail. Before writing this complaint I emailed him to complain of his customer service. other than that email, I have not sent anything since September [redacted] via email.Desired Settlement: Send the dang part!!! Or refund me a portion of what I paid since I have a defective dash panel kit.

Review: Hello,On August [redacted], I ordered a product (Carbon fiber dash kit) from this company and have not received my order yet. I have tried to call them but their phone number does not work. Also, I emailed them through the "Contact Us" link on their website several times and have received no response. The total charge for the product is $205 and at this point, I would like a full refund.Thank you,Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund as this company has no customer service at all.
