Having gone to "just look", we found the staff informative and helpful without being pushyThe facility was clean and inventory was variousWe received the attention we were looking for and ended with a purchase because of the overall positive experience
The purchase itself took a fraction of the time we had expected, based on our previous purchases at other dealerships
Finally, our vehicle was delivered clean and with a full tank of gasAll the "bells and whistles" were thoroughly explained, and we were given multiple access to staff, should we have questions or concerns in the future
We certainly did not feel that our relationship ended the minute we drove off the lot, and Royal has already proven that we will be cared for, twice in the weeks since our purchase
We highly recommend this business for quality of product but mostly for quality of customer service and respect

I have had my 2010 Buick Lacrosse in for service at Royal twice in this past month,once to have the navigation computer replaced and the second time for a water leak as well as a oil leak. I was completely blow away with the SERVICE that I received. Everyone from my service advisor ([redacted]) to ([redacted]) the courtesy driver. My needs were met in a proper amount of time and my problems were solved. Thank you to the entire staff for the CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Tues. Sept 1 the tire shop I bought a set of tires from previously, checked my car after I complained og highway speed vibration. After checking alignment balance, and any possibility of bent wheels or out of round tire, discovered left cvc assembly was abnormally vibrating.
Since the 09 Spectra involved is under 100K warranty for drivetrain, I went to Kia that same morning.

Was told I would have to make appointment and that part would have to be ordered. Made appt. for Thurs.and showed up, only to be told part needed to be ordered and I would have to make another once notified by them part was in. They didnt even look at the car to verify tire company's diagnosis.

Still awaiting arrival of part.

Thus 3 visits, 4 or 5 hours minimum of my time. The $200 savings by virtue of Kia's warranty practically negated. (The tire company wrote me an estimate of that amount tp rrplace the cvc assembly.)

I love the little car which has been trouble free its 1st 63K miles until now. But all my experiences with this dealership have been somilar to above.
