Review: I ordered four total products from this company's website on December **, 2013. Shortly after I received an email from someone named [redacted] stating that of the four products I purchased (for a total of $103) they were out of stock on 2 items. The total of these two items added up to $79. [redacted] asked if I could like a refund of the $79 or if I would like to purchase a different item from the company. I replied stating that I would like to receive a refund for those items which I was charged for but the company was out of stock on. [redacted] then replied that I would see a credit to my account within 3-4 business days. That email was sent to me on December **, 2013. I have still not received my refund despite more than four emails to [redacted] asking him to address this issue. I have not received any response from this company since the last email sent to me from [redacted] on Dec. **. I have asked him several times to please refund my money. I have kept a record of all the emails I have sent and received to/from this companyDesired Settlement: $79 returned to my account (I paid with a credit/debit card)
