Review: I was offered a loan for 3000.00 sent them 787.00 for 3 monthly payments and insurance. Have never received the loan or a refund.I have been given many excuses from this company both from [redacted] and [redacted] who claims [redacted] made a mistake and he was handling my loan instead I still am getting the same excuses over and over again.I had to send the money to a [redacted] in Ontario Canada I need my money back but was told I can't get a refund until their next billing periodDesired Settlement: I would like a refund of 787.00 that I sent to [redacted] in Ontario Canada upon the request of [redacted] and [redacted] at [redacted] in Philadelphia.

Review: I was dealing with this company ( particularly a woman named [redacted]) regardign obtaining a personal loan. I had been in regular contact with her sometimes for past almost 2 weeks, on a daily basis via both email on telephone. She had faxed me a contract per this loan (for $45000).I signed it and faxed it back to her. The base collateral for loan was two months payments in advance (total $712.00). I was told that althought they were situated in Philadelphia the lender itself was located in Toronto, Ontario , canada. I was told it was a private lender and that their company acted as the broker basically. I was asked to Western Union the amount of 712.00 to a man named (initially it was to be [redacted]) however she then changed it saying I would be sending it to his assistant named [redacted] in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I did this transaction on Sept 23, 2013. I then called [redacted] directly with the Western Union Control number at which point she stated that the loan I was to receive would be deposited into my bank account within 4 hours. (also states this on the contract I signed). Well no money has been deposited into my account. I have left voicemails, and emails and she has not repsonded to anything. (prior to this she would always return and acknowledge my emails and calls). During our numerous communication I had asked several questions wanting to make sure this was a legitimate company. I even asked if she was listed with the Revdex.com (i had called Revdex.com earlier and no listing for them, however there were also no compaints listed I was told), She stated no they currently are not, however that they had been last year etc. She proceeded to tell me that businesses do not have to registered with the Revdex.com it is just some companies choose to be. The number I have been calling is always a recording at ###-###-#### (for [redacted]). That is the only number I have ever been given.Desired Settlement: I would simply like my money refunded to me. I have spoken with my local police dept. They have told me to file a complaint with Revdex.com and request a refund. If I get nowwhere then I am able to file criminal charges against the person who picked up the money from Western Union (they have video footage and the date and time money was picked up), criminal charges would also be filed against minax solutions and [redacted] (she acted on behalf). I just want my money back. This company is a scam.
