I've attached a letter from Mr*** requesting that we send him $to have the vehicle repaired closer to his home. We mailed him a check on 12/30/for the $he requested. He has not returned our messages to confirm that he received the check but I believe that he should now
be satisfied. Thank you for your time and please let me know if I can be of further assistance

I am not sure where you got Bergstrom Ford out of Neenah, WI. I filed a complaint against Rhinelander Chrysler Jeep Dodge out of Rhinelander, WI. I noticed on my paperwork that they also go by Rhinelander Cars, LLC, 3620 Highway 47, Rhinelander, WI 54501.
