When processing your order they will do everything possible to try to get you to click on buttons that will double your purchase or add other thingsThey are very deceptive in their checkoutI ordered a pair of cycling glasses and through the whole process of my card going through I kept getting these pop-ups to buy more stuff or add more stuff and the wording was very deceptiveBy the time I got through they had doubled my order without my consent and had placed it on my business cardI called my bank right away because I knew something wasn't rightSure enough my account show that they had doubled my order without my consentThey gave me my money back right away on my card and said they would take care of collecting from this company
Ordered ski google, Oct 16, recieved emails for a week promising a tracking number Called to get a number and was told it was enroute Today is Nov, called, was told shipment was ost, and they requested second shipment Asked to speak to all the signees on the emails I got, not one of them were there, they all were "on vacation" Asked to speak to MrG***, was told he was in a meeting and would call me backan hour later I called back and while on hold waiting for a supervisor, I received an email to state I had been refundedand to wait 3-days.not once could I speak to anyone who understood or spoke EnglishAmerican company my azz!!! Scam cityrun awayvery fast and very far!!!!

Ordered a pair of snow mobile goggles that were listed by this company for about 70% off The order was placed for a Christmas gift on Nov 17th As of now, I cannot get any response from the company as to where my order is and all I am getting is that it is coming from China Can't wait to see the quality of this product Never again would I order anything from this company

2 weeks since I ordered after sending an email 3 days ago.
I paid via [redacted] and they withheld Payne t to them of which company said they do not know why [redacted] did so. I think [redacted] saved my [redacted]. Although I did get an email today and an email from [redacted] stating the received a credit.
The email had a link to save an additional $5 and order again using a credit card. Going to pass on that.

I purchased a pair of sunglasses on Dec 6 1016. It's Dec 16 2016 I haven't heard from them and I have not received my order.
