Recently I went to Mind Movies website where I waded through a barage of very confusing pop ups trying to get me to buy several products When I tried to leave one page another popup would come up displaying a new offer, each at a lower price Trying to be a sport about it, I thoughtfully considered each offer, decided I could not afford it, & continued on until finally I came across an offer in which I could download the mind movies meditation for $1, I decided this was too good to pass up I am low income at the moment as I am on disability recovering from a surgery, but this was something I could afford, I thought I knew what I was signing up for which was only the download of the movie Imagine my shock at another charge appearing in my bank account for $27.00!!! I am furious because I feel the company has been misleading over this I do not know what it is that I signed up for, & I asked for a cancellation & a credit immediately However, I read prior complaints & it appears that this company has some issues refunding people's money as well I feel I have grounds to dispute the charge as I had not even been to the website since I signed up for the download These guys are snake oil salesmen See the following website for more information: [redacted] I have been a fan of "The Secret" & this is starting to tarnish my feelings about them since one of the people featured in the book has endorsed Mind Movies As a result of Mind Movies unethical business practices, I now have $in my bank account

We purchased products and classes from them in We were very pleased with our experience and recommended them to our friends and family One year later they did an unauthorized charge on our account for $ I emailed support and left a voicemail Two days later I called back since I hadn't heard from them A woman apologized and said they'd issue a refund- which they did Today- only one week after they refunded the first unauthorized charge- I was charged $AGAIN This time I didn't waste my time sending an email since they didn't respond last week until I got them on the phone Instead I called immediately I got their voicemail and requested an immediate refund and a call back so I could make sure this didn't happen a third time!! I left my name and number Rather than giving me the courtesy of a call back, an apology and MORE IMPORTANTLY the assurance there would be no further unauthorized charges, I received the following email: Hi ***, Thank you for contacting Mind MoviesThe fastest and most efficient way to reach us is by replying to this, or emailing [email protected] We have issued a credit of $back to your account for the Subliminal Success Accelerator program purchasePlease allow 3-banking days for the credit to show on your account, depending on your financial institution Please let us know if you need further assistance Regards, Chris ------------------------ I hope the matter is resolved… but who knows Once a company has your banking information … you're at their mercy I took the time to leave this review because they did NOT take the time to apologize and assure me this won't happen a third time I greatly regret giving them access to my account info and have to wonder how often this happens with them if my request for assurances didn't warrant a call back

I have refunded the customer for $and sent her a confirmation emailWe were having some trouble with our email system which as been fixed now and a lot of our emails were going to spamWhen I went to go find an email from the customer nothing
showed upI'm not sure where the emails were sent or if she used a different email address then her purchase emailThe refund has been taken care of as of today 8/18/

On April 25, I ordered Mind MoviesI was led to believe that I could buy it and have no payments for six monthsThe information given also said that I had days to try the product and return it for a full refundI have been trying since May to get a refund but the emails I get in return include the following: First: "That product did not have a guaranteeSuch and such product does, but not that one." Then, when I said I would take appropriate action, they replied that they would refund the moneyThen, about minutes later, they emailed again and said there was a glitch in their system, they would have to refer the issueThen on May 5, they emailed that I should check my *** account and see if the money has been returnedAs of today, May 10, the money has not been refunded to my *** account

I have explained their program is not for meThey advertised money back guarantee if not satisfied and I am notI have requested to stop being billed and to cancel my membership several times and have gotten nowhereI explained that I’ve only completed the first module and have not utilized their program since then

On March 1st I placed an online order for the products, the Mind Movie Matrix which came with a free trial for days and Money Flow Meditation that was paid for up frontOn March 17th I requested a refund and cancellation of both productsA refund for the Money flow meditation was provided but Mind Movie Matrix was not cancelled and the payment was processed resulting in my account accruing a $overdraft feeI again contacted the company who later refunded the Mind Movie MatrixHad the product been cancelled when originally requested my account would not have been overdrawn
