Had to deal with this company in resolving a patient appeal regarding Coordination of Benefits with other insurance I left multiple messages with Kim and Molly over several weeks and never heard backI requested the specific piece of information I needed and they never faxed itThey rarely answer the phone, are unpleasant to speak with, placed me on hold I believe deliberately for minutes and minutes on two separate occasions before hanging upMost unhelpful provider I have ever dealt with, and I believe it's only these two women working there besides the doctorsIf you weren't having mental issues already, these women would certainly generate more business for the PhDs who work there
