This company has provided me with the refund I requestedAs far as the advertised guarantee of giving a consumer a full refund if they are not totally satisfied (and then trying to push a "store credit" instead), they had nothing to say about thatI will leave it to the Revdex.com on whether or not to pursue a complaint with this companyI did achieve my goal of getting my refund but I still feel that they should revise their money back guarantee statement included in their order confirmation emails to customersTo me they are being misleading and deceptive"Full refund" by default does NOT mean "store credit" to most consumersThank you, [redacted]
