From: [redacted] [mailto: [redacted] ] Sent: Tuesday, March 24, 9:AM To: info Subject: Re: Revdex.com - You have a New Message from Revdex.com Regarding Complaint # [redacted] Re: [redacted] Construction cleaning On March I received a call from [redacted] wanted to book a cleaning for a rush job he needed done the next dayHe told me he could not find any other company for the job I always tell my customers that are from out of town I take payment up front are half downBefore even booking the appointment for the next day I told [redacted] I do take payment up front before starting the jobHe said no problem I just need it started tomorrow on March and he need us for days to complete the job [redacted] booked the cleaning for the days and I explained to him again I would need full payment upfront to book the days and he gave me a credit card when I ran the card the full amount would not go thru so he ast if he could pay the other half with a ck on Monday I told him he could pay me the other the first day we show up on March we cleaned and he was very satisfied On March I phoned [redacted] and he said he could not pay me until Monday with a out of town ck the credit card he gave me would not go thru for the other half of paymentSunday we were going to finish the job and he wanted to pay me on Monday after I told [redacted] I booked the services he needed and told him no refunds and scheduled those days he needed and I would not show back up for the other to days until I get the payment This was all explained on the ph before booking the cleaning he agreedI have had problems in the past with contractors that don't pay me and they are from out of townHe cancelled the other to days because he wanted to pay me on Monday that's not what we agreed on when I scheduled the appointment and booked those days I expect to at lest get paid for the cleanings days at $ each total $ I had already scheduled and he had agreed to pay me upfront he even gave he a credit card March I refunded 1, back to his credit card The days that I changed was 1,That already been bookedThe final cleaning I refunded the amount of I booked and explained to [redacted] no refunds and expect to get paid in fullHe cancelled the other days cause he could not pay me So I feel he should pay me for the days I had already scheduled I think that's fairAnd I booked and had already scheduled the days Thank you [redacted] Sent from my iPhone
