Review: I brought 2 game cards 27.99 and loaded them on my computer to download the game it wouldn't download so I than contacted the company thru email an have not been helped I ask for a call never got a call I ask for refund we don't give refunds I think this is not right only due to the fact that kids buy this product not adults an there taking money from kidsDesired Settlement: I want a disc of the download but I am just done I want my money thanks

Review: Minevast or Minecraft (the computer game company) took a total of $200 our of three different cards - 2 debits and one credit. $120.00 on 8/**/15 ; $40 on 8/**/15 and two $20 charges from credit card.. I am closing all three accounts so they cannot do this again and I have contacted the company. I allowed my niece over a year ago to purchase ONE GAME - minecraft and now over a year later they are charging me all of these charges. I need my funds back. And the account cancelled.Desired Settlement: Refund the $200.00 and close the account opened over a year ago.
