Review: My name is [redacted] I recently have been going through tough financial times I had to get assistance with fuel through social services (HEAP) Mineola fuel was suppose to deliver $600.00 worth of fuel. First time they came the driver only put in a third of the oil, complaining my vent was clogged and he wouldn't come back until cleaned out. I cleaned out vent pipe found nothing clogged but cleaned it anyway. They came back second time while I wasn't home and delivered oil, writing on receipt TANK IS FULL. A week later I get a call from Mineola Fuel telling me they over filled my tank by $70 worth and they want me to pay. I explained I was going through tough time after my wife of 18 years ran off with another man leaving me with 3 boys to feed. I also explained to them this was their mistake and I do not have the extra money to pay out. This was their mistake in fact ever since they overfilled my tank it's been leaking. I explained to them a second time they had no right giving me more than I asked for then billing me for it. The last thing Mineola Fuel said to me is will see you in small claims court. I din't deserve this extra stress in my life. I am ex military veteran during Desert Storm I don't know if that's the same as being retired military.Desired Settlement: I want them to stop calling me looking for money that I don't feel I owe them.

If this procedure is not strictly followed the tank could pressurize and rupture. Once the vent is repaired, the general practice is to return and fill the tank. In this case we should have only delivered the remainder of the original order ($600.00 worth) not fill the tank. This was a human error by either the driver or our customer service representative and for that I apologize.The additional $70.00 worth of oil has been credited from the account and there is a zero balance.

Review: I placed an order for oil delivery on Tuesday the [redacted] of November, I recieved a voicemail on wednesday explaining that the oil would be delivered on Friday the [redacted] of November but was not notified that my debit card payment had already been processed.Desired Settlement: Imediate delivery of product and a change in business practice to charge at the time of delivery.
