Review: I purchased an awning from this company. Not only was the awning the incorrect type of awning for my property, it was also installed improperly. This first purchase was made by an insurance claim I made on my 50 year old awning which stood prior and became too old. One year after the new awning was installed, it collapsed after a snow storm. We called and emailed the company begging for some help, and we were informed by the [redacted] to make another insurance claim on his faulty product to pay for the company to take the awning down and build a new one. .Desired Settlement: I feel that the company should replace this product, which cost nearly $4,000

YES WE DID MAKE A AWNING FOR THEM THEY NEVER CONTACTED MY OFFICE THAT THERE WAS ANY KIND OF DEFECT THEY VERIFIED THEY NEVER CALLED WHEN I ASKED WHY THEY DID NOT REPLY I ASKED FOR PICS NONE RECEIVED THEN I TOLD THEM THAT IF THERE WAS A ISSUE THAT THEY BELIEVED WAS IMPORTANT I WOULD WANT TO ADDRESS IN CONCLUSION WE HAD A VERY UNIQUE WINTER IN NY WE RECEIVED HUNDREDS OF CALLS FROM COLLAPSED AWNINGS DUE TO NEVER BEFORE SEEN RECORD SNOW THAT TURNED TO ICE MANY PEOPLE SAW THIS ISSUE AND DEALT WITH IT BY REMOVING THAT SNOW/ICE AND SOME DID NOT SINCERLY [redacted]

Review: We had a contract with Mineola Signs to provide and install a sign at [redacted] which included permits and town fees. We received a call from the Village of Sea Cliff saying the permits were applied for but never paid for. I have asked [redacted] from Mineola Signs to please pay the fees, but they never have. The fees total $435.00. I have Emailed him, but no response.Desired Settlement: I would like for the town fees to be paid to the Village of Sea Cliff in the amount of $435.00.
