starting the repairs to guarantee payment for that repair, and all vehicles are repaired as per estimate. The rental situation was a misunderstanding between the shop and the insurance company. The shop approved three days rental and agreed to pay that amount. It was our understanding that the insurance company was to pick up the remaining balance. The rental bill has been taken care of by the shop and no further inquiries have been made on this subject.
