please find attached the following: page letter outlining/detailing facts of the case; photos of my store's basement; copy of signage posted with "Leftover Policy"; copies of front of complainant's estimate given him 6/21/16; and a copy of rear of same estimate with my store policies (given to all new customers upon receiving their first documentation @ my location).Please apprise should these not load correctly, or if anything else is needed?Thanks,***

We dropped bikes (2) at this shop in Festus at the beginning of March, with the promise that they would be finished being repaired by the end of the end of the month. We have been calling since that time, leaving messages and there have been no answers. We went by the shop, and saw that there was a flyer in the window saying that the owner was sick, and to contact the Revdex.com. Our bicycles are being held and we can't collect them. We did not make a down payment on the repairs, the owner said that he would provide an invoice when we picked up.

I brought a $bike to him at the end of June for a tire repair When I brought it in, he said you didn't buy this from me but you want me to do a $repair I said yes, ok I received no receipt or any other documentation Over the next month we made three attempts to fit the bike, and at different times of the day One day he had a sign that just said closed, doctor appointment Today, July we went to got it again He said sorry, as of Last Satuday, it's been days and I donated it We said we had no knowledge of this He said there is a sign We signed nothing and had no knowledge of this sign So, now, the bike is gone He didn't even bother calling on Saturday to tell us Who would knowingly leave a $bike if he or she knew it could be donated? If we would have known that we would have been there every day to try to get it
