We have made every effort to accommodate Ms*** and make sure she is satisfied with the purchase of her new vehicleMs*** had every opportunity to inspect the vehicle before the purchase, she also had every opportunity to review the paperwork before the purchase.Ms*** accepted a check from us in the amount of $on August 18, 2016, she was satisfied at this point. We put a trailer hitch on her truck at no cost to her to accommodate her needs, she was satisfied at this point. We have ordered a new grill guard for her purchased vehicle, at no cost to Ms***, because the grill guard she wanted from her traded vehicle would not fit on the new vehicle, again she was satisfied and thanked us multiple times for helping her

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my disputeThey have not tried to satisfy meThey only put hitch on because salesman lied and said it had oneNo I was never satisfiedThe only paperwork I couldn't read was the computer tablet they had me sign and it DID NOT show my income on it! They asked my income and they wrote it down! None of my copies of paperwork have my income listed! I would never lie about my income! I'm a Christian lady and I dont lie! Even when I was a child I didn't lie! Jason usually averted his eyes when he was lyingIt's taking too long on the cattle guard and they didn't not show me any pics of it! So if it doesn't look as nice as my old one that should've fit because I looked at it and my new truck side by side when at dealer, then I will turn it downI would've preferred they showed me a pic of the one they planned to order so I could make sure it was as nice as the one on my old truckThe one they ordered is on back order,so no telling when it will come inI would rather they let me pick out my own since it is my truck! The $was only to add to my truck pymt over a period of mthsThen they said they'd "refinance", but they won't truly refinance, because GMAC doesn't refinance! They plan to finance through another company and I will get a higher interest rate because then it will be considered usedThey kept after me and after me til I gave into the high mthly pymt! I should've just walked out! My friend went with me to dealer a couple of times after purchase and he saw first hand how they treated me and lied to me! I want them to know they CANNOT LIE AND TREAT CUSTOMERS THIS WAY! I was told by an exemployee that is their regular practice to overprice and lie to customers on a daily basisThere's no way I want to see those lying faces againThey give me dirty looks everytime I go up thereI called yesterday afternoon and asked a young man to give a message to Jason, but Jason never called me back and he was thereI asked for Jason to let me go pick out my own cattle guard somewhere else since they haven't been about to get oneThat way I can make sure it's comparable to the one I had. They wouldn't give me back my old oneI don't trust them to purchase the new one They are very underhanded and lied about me being satisfiedThe only thing I've been happy about was when they put the hitch onI hate the truck because of them! You're supposed to enjoy buying a new vehicle! They sold it to me as a loaded new truck and the price was higher than one that is loaded

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my disputeThey have lied about almost everything thereI only said something to one customerThey DID NOT tell me it was a demo until the day after the saleI also found out that they told GMAC Financial that I make $a mth plus $a monthThis is a lieIm on sosec and after paying Medicare I get $a mth and that is all I get! They lied to GMAC to get them to approve a loan I cannot affordThey lied GMAC said they dint refinanceSo in order to "refinance" I will have to go back to that dealership ans they would find another finance company to start me up on a new loan and the truck will be called used so the interest will be higher on a used vehicleAlso THEY DID NOT ASK ME TO LEAVEI told them I was sitting there till they put new tires on the truckI went up to one customer and said,"do you plan to buy a new vehicle here?" He said yesI told him that they lied and cheated me on what I was told was a new truckThen I went back and sat back downIt's hard to respond to all their lies without seeing the message in front of meSo I don't know if I covered it all, but almost everything they expunged to was either a lie or they twisted itSomeone needs to put a stop to how they do business and lie and cheat their customers
