I am very puzzled as to why this complaint was filedI spoke to the member at approximately 2:50pm on 6/2/and agreed to refund the $she is disputingShe then came to the office less than an hour later and personally withdrew the $at 3:39pm in our lobbyShe even submitted the receipt to
you showing her withdrawal of the $The Officer who handles her account was released from the hospital and contacted *** ** upon her return to the office the morning of 6/7/(yesterday.)
