[redacted] We have been in business at the same location for 45years and strive to resolve all issues with our customers, to keep them satisfied and happy With that being said, this customer picked up her dry cleaning on 4/*/14, did not call or come into the store after pick up to let any of the employees know she had an issue with her cleaningIn a situation like this we would have re-cleaned the pants if necessary or bring to the owners’ attention if it was something that we could not fixThe customer states that she went ahead and took the item to another cleaner denying us the chance to address the issue or fix the problemWe would still like the chance to look at the pants (if it wasn’t cleaned by the other cleaners) and see if we can fix the issueBut if it was cleaned by the other cleaner who is to say that they didn’t ruin it beyond fixing How can we be held responsible for something that we had no knowledge of or given a chance to fix? ***

Review: I had a button fixed on my jeans ( A metal one) took the jeans out of cleaning bag and button fell off I crazied glued it back on and upon telling the tailor what happend he shrugged his and said "Oh well" he then insulted me by saying that if the pants are too tight this happens what a jerk, I asked for a mangager and the girl who was at the counter eating said it was her but she has no control over the tailor. I lived in this area over 40 years and this place was great until the owners changed. Will never use this place againDesired Settlement: What my $9 back that it cost me

To whom it may concern,

Here at Minerva, we take great consideration for our customers, and we want them to leave our store content. We acknowledge [redacted] complaint, and we are willing to reimburse him in full. As [redacted] the tailor told him in their previous conversation, he is willing to redo [redacted] pants, but the customer refused and stated “he does not trust the tailors work”. Our policy on tailoring and dry clean is to redo the garment if the customer is unsatisfied, which we were not given the chance to. Since this has gone to Revdex.com, we are willing to reimburse him for the full amount, for the customer to be satisfied one way or the other.

Review: Completely ruined an expensive garment that they were told had a water stain and was wool They actually created additional water stains and rendered the entire garment unwearable. I immediately took the garment to another dry cleaner who told me the damage was irreversible and that Minerva should have never treated the fabric the way they did. The garment ruined was my first nice suit's pants that I was planning to wear to work, it cost me a lot of money and it breaks my heart to have it ruined after just one wear in such a careless fashion by Minevra.Desired Settlement: This business is grossly negligent and should not be allowed to operate.
