Review: The first issue is that was s much confusion outside of the location the bus left with no one knowing where the schedule bu to Orlando, Florida would stop. There were many [redacted] people inside the business and to operate more efficient business some could be standing outside directing people the proper bus instead of having to ask the drivers which bus was going where.Secondly, the bus left late. It was scheduled to depart at 6:30 pm on Monday May [redacted] 2015 and did not leave until 6:45. One of the main complaints that I have about this company is that the bus had a leaky hatch exit and it rained almost all the way down to North Carolina. We then had to wait in Florence, South Carolina the next morning for a bus that left New York two hours after mine did which resulted in a scheduled arrival time into Orlando, Florida at 5:00 pm instead of the stated arrival time of 1:00 pm on Tuesday May [redacted], 2015 as was stated when I made the reservation. They are in business to serve the public not jerk the public. Clearly if I had money I would not be traveling 24 hours to Florida by bus I would have rented a car myself. They wrote a refund policy that clearly takes advantage of the consumer and allows them to profit. If it was them would they just give away $40 to one of the vendors who may have provided the services requested. Rescheduling also only profits them because you have to travel in a specified time frame. I would not travel with this company again or refer them to family, friends or associates. Their poor showing represents what they think about people would pay $40 to travel from New York to Florida. They say they policy only allows a two hour window to cancel, how convenient for them and profitable to. It's nonsense, totally disrespectful and insensitive towards thev traveling public that keeps them a float.Desired Settlement: My family paid for an [redacted] ticket because I have a boot on my injured left foot. I tried to contact the company and was unable until the day of my departure on Thurs 5/**. They asked me if I wanted to reschedule another trip and beside rescheduling probably would only be for a set period of time. They wrote a refund policy that favors them. The bus was packed going down so coming back should be the sane. They should not be allowed to profit and not give me a refund
