Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Never once in their response did they even acknowledge cutting into my granite Never once did they acknowledge or come with facts that it is ok to have wrongly measured the glass and to have RIGGED it to fit in That is amazing We have used this $12,bathroom for a year and did not think we would be having issues in such a short amount of time Since receiving this terrible response from this company, I have contacted the manufacturer of the glass panel Ming D [redacted] actually had to send back a first piece of glass cause it was wrongly measured If they were to send back another piece of glass they would of had to pay This is why they kept it and made do We actually used the thicker glass to avoid a problem like this Panels are suppose to have some give to allow for a hard shut By this company wedging the panel in place caused the glass to have nowhere to flex causing it to shatter My son is only so lets keep that in mind He DID NOT shut the door like an animal I can't believe a company would be happy that their workmanship lasts a year In my opinion this company should be happy and feeling lucky that my son did not have serious injuries due to their IMPROPER work ethics I will NEVER accept their response until I am paid in full reimbursement of the $ Only a horrible company would be blaming a innocent year old for their own mistake Regards, [redacted] ***

I received your letter on 3/11/2016. When looking over the complaint background, I found that the customer wrote that the purchase date was 12/14/2015. In remodeling his bathroom, we finished the job approximately in October 2014. Upon completing the renovation, our employees had inspected and...

found the shower to be intact. After over a full year, the customer had used the bathroom with no issues. We do not know how hard his son had shut the glass door to break it, especially since the customer’s family had been using the bathroom for over a year without any complaints. We do need see our fault in this matter, primarily because we do not know how hard the customer’s young child had shut the door to have broken it after over a year with no issues. I am rejecting this response because:
