*** *** C/O Ming’s Garden Vinewood Ln Plymouth, MN RE: Incident #*** To whom it may concern: I wish to refute certain elements of the complainant’s views of the events on April 29th. I became involved when my hostess alerted me to the fact that there was a walkout in
progress. At no time did my hostess give consent for them to skip out on their bill. I was able to bring them back into the restaurant to discuss this issueThe complainant did raise her concerns about the food’s quality but never discussed any of the sanitation issues that she raised in her initial statement to the Revdex.com. She did state that the food was “cold and dry” to me and by now the discussion was heated and had gained the attention of the twenty five patrons within earshot. I asked the customers if any of them had concerns with the food. None came forward. In fact, most of them stated that the food was very goodIn regards to the sanitation issues, as I said before, this was not brought to my attention. None of our cooks bring the food directly to the buffet line. I have copies of our health inspections going back as far as 2012. All of the scores are in the 90s with a couple of perfect scores. I can provide you copies of our inspections to refute her claims that our food is not safe. Furthermore, the amount she is seeking for a refund is not correct; the cost for two adult buffets with a soda is $23.50. In summary, I do not think a refund is warranted. Had the complainant approached me before deciding to walk out, I would have been more amenable to a settlement. I have multiple witnesses who are willing to back up my account that night. I am rejecting this response because: I did bring the concerns to the waiter when he took brought our drinksI also told the hostess who was a young high school girlShe told me she would alert managementThey did ask me to come in and talk it over, but there was no talkingThey demanded payment or they were calling the policeI asked if I could pay for drinks and for the rice my son ateThey said no you pay full amountThen I said can I pay for one buffet because my son ate rice they said no you pay full amountThere was no talking it was there way or they call police. They are correct the amount was $my mistake.There was no discussion it was pay or they call the policeI laid out other solutionsI wasn't trying to not pay anything I was not satisfied with food and brought my concerns to people and I offered solutionsThey refused all and threatened calling policeI have contacted State health department as well. I would like refund of $
