They claim to never have received the returned book. They provided me a label to use but then asked me for a tracking number for the package. They never issued a label with a tracking number. They refuse to issue a refund because they claim to have not received the book.

Review: On April [redacted] 2014 I ordered a book called Cemetery Girl through [redacted] which was sold by Mingabooks. The total of the book was $14.88. In late April/early May I received the book and was not happy with the book because it was written in the style of a comic book. I then contacted the seller and asked if I could return the book for a refund. They sent me a return label to be used for the return and the book was returned to them by mail using their label. I hadn't heard from them about the refund so I contacted them in early July. After several inquiries they eventually informed me that they would refund me $0.76. As you can imagine I am very upset that a brand new book that was never even read was returned to them and they would want to refund 76 cents when I paid a total of $14.88. When I questioned the amount of the refund they asked me for a "tracking number" provided by the post office. How would I receive a tracking number if they are the ones who provided the return label? Further more they are now claiming to never have received the book so why even offer a refund to begin with?Desired Settlement: I would like them to pay my full refund for the book that I never even opened. If they want a tracking number then maybe they should provide a label that uses one. Why would they offer a .76 cents refund if they hadn't received the book to begin with. This is absurd.
