I have mixed feelings about this organizationThe school and program are greatI like the peer-based operation However, the staff leaves a lot to be desired They do not communicate with each other, or with parents Voicemails and emails go unansweredMedication is prescribed without saying why The staff who should know do not know what expenses are covered by insurance and what is not They don't even know which companies they are contracted with and therefore contradict each other in meetingsThey don't follow up on case plans and don't follow through with requests They need better education as to what they are suppose to be accomplishing there and much better teamwork Keep this in mind if you need to send your daughter to such a facility

this is a more like a vacation home for troubled kids and not a medical facility. they go by lets just let the children find their own way instead of actually providing care and treatment. My daughter was seriously traumatized and they have done nothing except let her not face her problems and just ride the horses.
